Storyteller for Empowering Self-Development Book

Job ID: 39908837

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

You are not just a writer — you’re a storyteller of human truth. You understand nuance, emotional depth, and how to translate insight into transformation.

You should have:
• A strong background in psychology, emotional intelligence, or personal development writing
• Experience ghostwriting or editing nonfiction self-development or women’s empowerment books (preferably published)
• The ability to write with grace and intellect — blending warmth, reflection, and authority
• A voice that feels accessible yet elevated, scientifically grounded yet soulful
• An intuitive sense of rhythm, pacing, and emotional flow across chapters
• The ability to use language that evokes trust, elegance, and empowerment (think Brené Brown meets Robin Sharma meets Oprah)
• Respect for the author’s established brand and tone — while enhancing it with literary polish and emotional clarity
• The maturity to understand complex emotional and cultural themes (gender, conditioning, inner dialogue, identity) and communicate them with compassion, inclusivity, and intelligence

Tone & Style
• Elegant, conversational, and emotionally intelligent
• Deeply reflective but not preachy
• Engaging storytelling balanced with actionable insight
• Uses psychology and neuroscience in simple, human language
• Rooted in empowerment, self-awareness, and feminine strength — but not exclusionary or gendered
• A balance of depth and readability, research and relatability

Project Scope
• Turn a detailed 87-page outline into a 60,000–70,000 word manuscript
• Maintain the structure and integrity of each chapter (already defined with exercises and themes)
• Incorporate scientific accuracy, story-driven flow, and reader connection
• Collaborate with the author through regular check-ins and drafts to ensure tone and intention remain aligned

What Success Looks Like

By the end, the reader should feel seen, inspired, and equipped — guided through a journey from self-silencing to self-advocacy with both intellect and heart.
