Spanish Recipe Card Localization

Job ID: 39820491

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have a set of English recipe cards that must be turned into polished, culturally-relevant Spanish versions. The job goes beyond a direct translation: every ingredient, instruction and note has to feel as though the recipe was written originally for a Spanish-speaking cook.

Key points you’ll handle:
• Translate each recipe card from English to Spanish, preserving tone and clarity.
• Convert all Imperial measurements to accurate metric equivalents.
• Keep the vegan dietary note clearly visible in the same spot and style as the source.
• Adapt references, ingredient terminology and cooking methods so they read naturally for Latin-American and Iberian audiences while respecting the original intent.
• Return the cards in the same layout I provide, ready for immediate use in print or online.

CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ or Wordfast are welcome if they speed consistency, but feel free to work in the software you prefer as long as formatting is retained.

When you deliver, I expect the translated files, any terminology glossary you build, and a short note on any cultural substitutions you made so I can review them quickly.

If you can begin right away and hit these quality checkpoints, let’s move forward.
