Short Non Fiction How To Book Editor

I am looking for an editor for my short non-fiction how-to book. The project details are as follows:

Word Count: The book is between 10,000-20,000 words in length.

Preferred Editor: I am open to options and do not have a specific preference.

Level of Editing: I require medium level editing, which includes light copy-editing and proofreading, as well as some developmental editing.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
