Sensitivity Reader for Fiction Book

I need a sensitivity reader for my fiction work. The reader should focus on identifying any unwanted unconscious bias or stereotypes in the text. The project will start in mid-August 2025 and needs to be completed by mid-September 2025. This is the second book in a romantic contemporary commercial adult fiction (with science fiction elements). The character is adopted and has chosen not to seek out her birth family's background. She has dark hair and eyes and is identified by others as "not white" and experiences racism and sexism during her story of empowerment. I am looking for a *female* sensitivity reader who does not identify as "Caucasian" or "white." If the reader identifies within an LGBTQ+ community, that would be a plus. Ideal skills and experience: - Background in cultural studies or related field - Experience with fiction sensitivity reading - Strong analytical reading skills - Attention to detail and open-mindedness
