- Help me stay on track, always writing gracefully and non-confrontational, while still maintaining my language and story
- Writing with humililty
- Edit for language and tone to ensure appropriateness.
- Revise sections for a fair and respectful depiction of cultural and social issues.
- Adjust character portrayal to avoid stereotypes and biases.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Someone familiar with the no contact culture, estrangement from adult children making this choice, from a parental and family lens.
- Background in sensitivity reading or editing.
- Strong understanding of United States of America 's cultural and social issues.
- Excellent editorial skills with a focus on language and tone.
