Script Proof Reading

I have a 100 page script for a movie (thriller). The topic is on modern warfare and politics. I need some fresh eyes to give me some feedback on how to improve the plot and characters. I prefer an editor in an anglophone country, with some experience (even academic) in movie script writing industry.
