Resume formatting, review, document visual design

I already completed the content of my resume in MS word(around 900 words, 3 pages). I need help to make the document more space-efficient and more visually appealing. I would like it to be simple and beautiful. And I need to be able to edit the file myself later.
Prefer someone with design or content editing experience.
