Restore HOA CCRS and Bylaws Formatting

I have several California HOA bylaws and CCRs in Microsoft Word that need a careful formatting pass. On some pages the heading styles and their section numbers have mysteriously disappeared, and the pattern is not the same from file to file—each document has its own quirks.
