• Deliver the finished manuscript in Word, PDF, or Google Docs—whichever we agree fits best for the final hand-off.
• Fact-check, format headings, add a table of contents, insert graphics or call-out boxes where they genuinely aid comprehension.
• Communicate progress regularly so feedback can be incorporated without derailing the deadline.
Acceptance criteria
• Content matches the brief in tone, depth, and target audience.
• No plagiarism; every source is cited.
• Final file is free of grammatical errors and layout issues.
• Delivered on or before the agreed date.
