Rephrase speaker note

I am trying to apply a scholarship, and it requires a video for 3 minutes. However, I realize my weakness in wording/presenting skills nicely, I am looking for someone who good at this, preferably work in learning and development/HR/business strategy/ambassadors/career center. It would be good if you also work in university!
