Rephrase some part of a manuscript to pass plagiarism check

I have a manuscript that has been sent back to me as the editor checked the plagiarism percentage and is too high, approx 40%, even tough most of it is due to a paper i wrote previously and i took from. I have the plagiarism report and i would need someone rephrase the detected parts to pass plagiarism check, maybe also removing some numbers or round them differently to do not make the sentences resemble too much some other sentences from other papers
