Project report editor needed

I am looking for an experienced project report editor to help with my project. I need to edit a 10-20 page project report on a Hospital EBP implementation. The type of editing needed is grammar and spelling checks, content suggestion and /or re-wording. This project requires someone with a good eye for detail and the ability to review a document quickly and accurately.
