Professional editor is needed to edit non-fiction book proposal

I am in search of a professional editor to assist me in editing my non-fiction book proposal. I've just completed a 99,000 word non-fiction manuscript on eliminating extreme poverty and inequality using the power of finance and charity, along with the book proposal of 23 pages (6117 words).

My primary focus is more on enhancing the effectiveness/marketability of the proposal and less on overall structure and organization, grammar and punctuation, and proofreading.

I'm starting to get feedback from my first batch of agents that I sent months ago. They all rejected my query without feedback on the writing itself. I think my biggest weakness is the author's platform.
