Professional Word Document Formatting & Rewriting

I need a skilled professional to revamp multiple cut-and-paste paragraphs into a comprehensive document that will be shared with clients and vendors. The current content and tone should be maintained but the structure and presentation should be completely transformed.

- Reformatting and rewriting of 24 pages
- Ensuring the document is client-ready and vendor-friendly
- Maintaining the current content and tone while enhancing its overall presentation

- Exceptional proficiency in Word document formatting
- Proven experience in document rewriting
- Ability to maintain the original tone of the content while improving its structure
- Prior experience in producing client-facing documents is highly desirable

Two documents are attached;
1. The AIS business which id just for reference. This is the layout and color schemes we want to be used.
2. The Nexiis Student loan section module is what needs to be formatted to match the colors and fonts and styles that are in attachment #1
