Professional CV Design, Reword and Format -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking to rework my CV, what I am looking for is someone with a design background, experience writing professional CV's.
1. I would like my design to be more visually even and pleasing to the eye.
2. I would like to use more bullet points (5-7) to increase the impact to the employer and limit each bullet point to single line to make it easier to read.
3. size and type of bullet point should be considered along with font type and size.
4. Reword the Career summary mine is too lengthy. I would like to shorten it and make it more concise. Focus on my current industry Oil and Gas (Power Operation/ Gas Turbines). I would like it to be not copy pasting mine and deleting a few lines. My CV should just give you an idea of my work.
5. My bullet points come across as a "doer" rather than an "achiever". I would like my job descriptions be results-based instead of task-based. I want to change the passive non-action verbs in the CV. VERY IMPORTANT!
6. I am looking to apply for senior roles, supervisor rules, Mechanical engineer, Project Engineer , Mechanical Supervisor. Feel free to exaggerate/ change the current positions/role to best suit the roles I am looking for. VERY IMPORTANT!
7. Optimize CV for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for skills like Engineering, Project Management, Design. (currently 29% Engineering, 9% Light Technical/Trades/Skilled Labor, 62% Other Professional Industries)
8. After CV has been approved, Then fix LinkedIn profile to match current CV.
