Professional Business Plan Addendum Formatting

I have several paragraphs that I have cut and pasted from various sources, and I need these to be professionally formatted into an addendum document to our business plan.

Redo, format, rewrite several cut and paste paragraphs into a professionally formatted document that can be shared with clients. Key Tasks: - Consolidate and rewrite existing marketing material - Create an engaging introduction to my business - Showcase our product using existing research material

Two documents are attached;
1. The AIS business which id just for reference. This is the layout and color schemes we want to be used.
2. The Nexiis Student loan section module is what needs to be formatted to match the colors and fonts and styles that are in attachment #1
