I need a complete product manual drafted and, where necessary, translated between English and Indonesian—all done remotely so you can comfortably work from home. The core of the assignment is transforming technical notes into a clear, user-friendly guide that mirrors our brand voice while covering every feature and troubleshooting step.
Here’s the scope in plain terms:
• Expand, refine, and organize existing material into a logical structure.
• Translate sections that aren’t yet in the target language so both Indonesian- and English-speaking users receive an identical level of detail.
• Deliver the final manual in an editable source file (Google Docs or .docx) plus a ready-to-share PDF.
Acceptance criteria
• Content must match real product behavior, free of ambiguity and grammatical errors.
• Headings, numbered steps, warnings, and visuals are laid out for straightforward formatting by our design team.
• Up to three rounds of revisions are included to make sure every procedure is correct.
Experience writing or translating product manuals—whether for hardware, SaaS, or consumer electronics—will stand out. Familiarity with web collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Trello, or GitBook is helpful but not mandatory.
