I have a complete English user manual fin 60 pages, already packed with the correct procedures, screenshots, icons, and diagrams. What it still needs is a professional polish.
Your focus will be on sharpening grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall readability, then tightening the visual presentation so everything feels cohesive and factory-ready. Although the text is generally easy to understand, some translated-English phrases sound awkward and the layout leaves unnecessary white space, ragged page breaks, and uneven alignment around icons and screenshots. Warnings, cautions, and notices also need a uniform style.
The final deliverable is a single, clean Word file that shows:
• Smooth, natural English throughout
• Consistent headings, spacing, page breaks, and icon alignment
• Standardised warning / caution / notice formatting
• No unwanted gaps or off-kilter elements
