I'm in search of a highly experienced podcast shorts editor who can not only edit for conversation but add creative elements to the content.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in podcast editing, specifically in creating and editing shorts
- Extensive knowledge of different audio editing software and tools
- Ability to add creative elements that not only enhance but complement the content
