Photoshop editing

I need help with creating thumbnails and insta post for my channel.

We already have some freelancers working for us but want to reduce the overall time.

We pay 100 rs per 3 static post. and 100 for 2 creative reels. Job will be on a daily basis.

Anyone who spends 1hour daily can make 4k to 5k. Its a long term assignment.
