Pdf creation

I am looking to create a PDF document for both text documents and images. I do not have any particular preferred layout in mind, but I am open to suggestions. Additionally, I am not sure if I need any special features in my PDF, like forms, links, or buttons, so I need help to determine this as well. I am open to all advice about how to best design and format this document in order to ensure it meets my needs. Thank you for your time and expertise.
