PROOF CHECK AND RENAMING A SET OF AUDIO, IMAGES, AND TEXT

I have a language teaching databse that has csv files with english and foreign language phrases, gif images, english audio and foreign audio clips. Altogether 1000 phrases. I need a very careful, detailed oriented, ethical, and conscientious person who takes pride in his work to do this task. Will not accept bids from Indiapakistan region. Budget $50. I NEED THESE FILES TO BE MANUALLY RE-NUMBERED USING A SYSTEM I TELL YOU, so that every line of data correctly matches with the audio clips and with the images.
