PDF to Word Conversion for Editing

I need to convert a PDF to a Word document primarily for content editing. The formatting and style in the Word document should be similar to the original PDF, but it doesn't have to be exactly the same.

Ideal skills for this project:
- Proficiency in PDF to Word conversion
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word
- Attention to detail for formatting
- Editing skills would be a plus
