PDF Document Copy Typing -- 2

I am in need of a meticulous typist to copy text from a PDF document into a Word file using standard text formatting. The individual should:

- Have experience with typing from PDF to text
- Be familiar with standard text formatting
- Available to proofread to check for spelling and grammar errors

Attention to detail is a must in this project.
