Non fiction copy editing and proof reading

I want my jazz non-fiction book edited and proofread so it is ready, polished, and suitable for publication. The work is to be detailed, meticulous, and to a really high standard. The book-length is 75 000 words and I would like 70,000 words covered in this project . I need an editor who is easy to work with and keen on jazz music.
