I'm looking for a skilled editor to help transform a series of my LinkedIn articles into a cohesive, engaging, and accessible book on leadership. The ideal candidate will not only refine the writing but also help structure the content to ensure a smooth, compelling narrative that resonates with a general audience.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong experience in substantive editing of nonfiction books, preferably in leadership, business, or professional development
• Ability to shape and structure content from multiple sources into a unified manuscript
• Expertise in making complex ideas clear and engaging for non-specialist readers
• Exceptional attention to detail, language proficiency, and a knack for improving readability
