Need Editor Demysying Dark Web Threats

I am seeking a Copy Editor to help me demystify the Dark Web threats and the increasing cybersecurity threats faced by the general public. I need someone experienced in editing, with a keen eye for small details and typos.

The project will involve editing a document of around 6000 words, which I have already composed. I am therefore looking for a Copy Editor who can review the document and suggest improvements in terms of grammar, usage, and content. In addition, I need someone who can fact-check the details in the document and ensure accuracy and consistency of the facts. Additionally, a Development Editor is needed who can do more than just proofreading, with a focus on the flow, structure, tone, and clarity of the document.
