NEED a proofreader having editing knowledge and who can change write up by modifying the scripts

I am needing a proofreader for a report writing project. The report will be less than 500 words and in addition to proofreading, I require some formatting and editing help. I expect the proofreader to have editing knowledge and be able to modify the scripts as needed. The finished product should be of high quality and free of mistakes.
