Job Description:
We are looking for a Mystery Shopping Validator and Editor
.
As a Mystery Shopping Validator and Editor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mystery shopping reports are thoroughly reviewed, validated, and edited before being submitted to clients.

To ensure subjective feedback is aligned to our clients, some reports require significant rewording or redistributing comments to other fields.

I will provide you with what we want.

Responsibilities:

Review and validate all mystery shopping reports for accuracy and completeness
Ensure that all reports meet the client's specific requirements and guidelines
Edit reports for grammar, spelling, and formatting
Provide feedback and coaching to mystery shoppers to improve their performance
Identify trends and patterns in mystery shopping data to help clients make informed decisions
Communicate with me to address any issues or concerns related to mystery shopping reports

Requirements:

Previous experience in mystery shopping, validation, or editing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to learn how to use the shopper portal (editing software)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
