Microsoft Word Formatting

I am looking for someone to help format a Word document specifically around Chapters, Table of Contents, Caption on Figures and Tables. I need Figures and Tables to have the Chapter Number then figure number - so for example, figures in chapter 3 should be 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 and in chapter 4 should be 4-1, 4-2, 4-3. The document is in flight and I dont want to start from scratch. This is for a Thesis for my doctoral degree.
