Menuscript Content Organising and pre-submission review of paper (in Computer Science-Machine Learning)

I have written a manuscript in Springer LNCS template (the paper is completed and ready to submit), but I found that the paper is not in Springer LNCS in terms of "only page margin". My manuscript has a smaller margin and is 12 pages. If I want to change it to Springer LNCS format, the pages will exceed 17 pages.

Since, I am not available today to fix the issue and the submission deadline is today, I need some experts in the Machine learning field to do a pre-submission review, edit and remove extra sentences or less irrelevant sentences (revised the article to 12 pages with Springer LNCS format).
Someone who is familiar with speech signal processing, deep learning CNN- VGG16 and acoustic features for sentiment analysis can edit this paper. If you are interested you are most welcome.
