Management Book Reviewer & Feedback
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I’m finalising a 100,000-word management book that argues organisational failure is caused by the conditions we create, not the people we employ. The manuscript introduces a six-condition diagnostic framework aimed at senior leaders, programme directors and transformation specialists.
I need you to read the full draft and return a structured written report (I do not need an annotated manuscript or a questionnaire). Your primary brief is to test the credibility and practicality of the framework, zeroing-in on its real-world applicability: will experienced change leaders recognise their day-to-day reality in these pages, and will they feel confident using the six conditions to fix a failing system?
While that is the priority, I’d also like concise notes on argument flow, chapter strength or weakness, and general readability for a busy business audience so I can tighten the narrative before publication.
Deliverables
• A clear, sectioned report summarising findings, strengths, and specific improvement recommendations
• Concrete examples or scenarios that show where the framework does — or does not — map onto real organisational life
• A chapter-by-chapter “lands strongest / needs work” snapshot so I can target revisions efficiently
If you’ve reviewed leadership or transformation titles before and can ground your feedback in lived practice, I’d love to work with you.
