Making an Impact: EdD Capstone Projects that Improve Organizations

In each episode, listeners will hear from leaders in nonprofit, military, higher education, and K-12 schooling who designed and implemented an EdD capstone project that made a demonstrably positive impact in their client organization. These guests will help to demystify the research-practice partnership aspects of the capstone process, offer solid examples of scholarship of practice, and raise expectations on what it means to have a terminal degree in the practice of leadership and learning. Episodes will be less than 30 minutes after editing (60-80m of uncut tape) and will be engaging, thoughtful, and entertaining conversations with a diverse group of talented leaders who did more than just graduate.
