Magazine style booklet edited

I am looking for a quote to submit with my grant application for someone to edit my magazine style booklet that is 48 pages in length. I will need someone who is knowledgeable in editing grammar and spelling, as well as making necessary formatting and layout adjustments. Additionally, I may need some content restructuring and rewriting of the booklet. Image editing will also be necessary.
