Looking for a editing PROOFREADER who can make necessary changes in pre written scripts

I'm looking for a skilled proofreader to edit my pre-written manuscripts. Rewriting of content may be required, depending on the document. Most of my manuscripts are around 500-3000 words. The ideal proofreader must be detail-oriented, have excellent grammar and punctuation skills, and be able to spot/correct errors. The proofreader must also have a basic understanding of editing and rewriting rules. He/she must also understand the basics of English language, so as to be able to produce the highest-quality work.
