Literal Doujinshi Translation Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have two hentai doujinshi by the artist Kawahagitei:
1. 「私の妹は、女性として最高の状態で、非常に多作です。」
(My Younger Sister, In Her Prime As A Female, Is Extremely Prolific)
2. 「祓えぬ番い。～悪霊は祓えるが、妹(メスガキ)との関係は祓えなくなった件。～」
(It’s My Turn Not To Exorcise)
Ideally I would like both books translated from Japanese to English, but I will decide after reviewing your quote; if the cost is high I may commission only the second title.
What I’m after is a literal and exact rendering of every spoken line and sound-effect, while still conveying each character’s emotion clearly. Please keep honorifics, sentence breaks, and any play on words intact whenever possible. Descriptive translator notes are welcome only when absolutely necessary for understanding.
Deliverables
• A numbered script (page → panel → bubble) for easy lettering.
• Separate text file per book in UTF-8 plain text or Word format.
Acceptance criteria
• No lines missed or merged.
• Consistent terminology across both works.
• Emotional nuance of the sister characters must come through plainly in English.
• Turnaround time clearly stated in your bid; I’m aiming for quality with a reasonably fast delivery.
