Lease Document Formatting

I need my lease document, currently in Word format, to be more professionally formatted. The specific improvements I am looking for include better alignment and spacing, as well as consistent fonts and styling throughout the document. Please ensure the final version looks polished and ready for presentation. I would also like to add tabs clicks where name, address and pricing per month etc.
