Instructional Designer needed for a developing a Course Curriculum -- 3

- Develop course plan and finalize the module for a 2 day course
- Develop sub-topics of each module
- Session breakdown of the entire course including all activities (in-person or online delivery)
- Detailed description on how each topics will be delivered
- Final Deliverable:
• Course outline and session breakdown
• Facilitator Guide providing instructions to the Course Facilitator on how to deliver the course

Notes:
- Learning outcome will be provided
- Experts with knowledge in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Team Management, will be suitable for the assignment
- - The project involves only finalizing the Course outline and the activities during the delivery. It does not involve writing content for each module or topics.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instructional designer and course creator.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in creating engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
- Previous work demonstrating high quality deliverables.
