I need a dependable Indian virtual assistant who can jump on the phone and solve day-to-day technical issues for me and my small team. The role is 100 % tech-support focused, so you must be comfortable guiding users step-by-step while we speak.
You’ll be the first point of contact whenever something goes wrong with a laptop, a bit of software, or our internet connection. Typical calls might involve basic IT troubleshooting, walking a user through a clean install of an app, or checking simple network settings. After each call, I’ll need a brief written recap so we can keep a running knowledge base.
Deliverables
• Phone-based resolution of each support request during agreed Indian business hours
• Concise summary of actions taken, emailed within the hour of closing the call
If you have a calm telephone manner, solid general tech skills across Windows, Office 365, remote-desktop tools—or similar—and can be on call within set time blocks, let’s talk.
