Horror Story Writer / Editor NEEDED

I use OpenAI to generate short (500-800 word) horror stories for me. The only issue is, with it being AI, there's a LOT of issues: story continuity, factual errors, details that don't make sense, etc.

Here's what I need:
To be able to send these stories off to someone who can not only clean them up, fact check them, and grammatically fix them, but also add to them if need be and fill them out to be a good 2000+ word story.
