Historic Manuscript Re-typing in Word
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Person do word entry (MS-Word) of a 240 page typewritten (manual typing, 70 years ago, photocopied) diary of the Civil War. Want it re-typed and marginal editing accomplished. Pages are fully typed (now very small margins), with normal margins for subsequent comments by family members. Do not want to change or edit the sentences except for obvious mis-spelling. Grammar and word usage are not to be changed. Some of the pages are difficult to read. Want those flagged and I will do these after job is done.
Request quote for entire job, and a clear discussion of where the work will be done, when, and absolute assurance that the document will not be copied in any way, or shared with anyone ever. Material is copyrighted and the output of this effort will also be copyrighted. Project will require a contract (I will prepare ) governing protection and security of the document. Want a totalm not to exceed quotation for the service, UPon signed agreement, I will pay 40% down with remainder at end of effort. I do want intermediate files to see the quality of work being done.
