Help with formatting a resume

I had a resume professionally done a couple of years ago and need to update it. But when I add new content it throws the formatting completely off and I’ve been unable to get it sorted out. I would share the original professional proof to show the baseline, and then send along my desired edits/new content. I need someone who has the Word skills to achieve a new draft with the professional format of the original.
