Help needed with re-writing, editing and self-publishing a novel in UK

Project is planned to be awarded in 1st Quarter of 2022, if suitable candidate is found. The aim is to get help with self-publishing a fictional novel based loosely on real historical events by March 2022. The novel is likely be anything between 55,000 to 70,000 words. The reason is the author needs help as he has never done this before, and also he is busy writing another novel. The novel will be published under author's name only under his copyright only, and the candidate will not get any share in the copyright whatsoever. He/she will get paid and that will be it. The work involves re-writing sections under guidance, literary editing (some with guidance and some with candidate initiative), literary advice, design of book cover, and all aspects of assistance required leading to self-publication of the novel. There are stages specified with milestones. Time is of the essence and timely delivery is paramount. Only those who are based in UK need apply.
