Help Needed to Edit Book - Experienced Editors Only

I am working on a book that is almost completed to the tune of 90k words.
Need help to provide a developmental and grammatical edit so I know the story and writing is clean and flowing well.
The story is fiction, set across a few geographies and multiple protagonists.
Editor should have past editing experience, preferably from past projects or work experience.
I will pay standard $200 after initial developmental edit and an additional $30 per 10k words for the grammatical edit.
Need the project to be completed by Feb end.
