Handwritten Notes to Word Document

I will send you 1–5 pages of handwritten notes that contain plain text and clear headings. I need a mirror-image Microsoft Word file typed in Arial 11 pt: same headings, spacing, paragraph breaks, and any underlining exactly where it appears on the page.

Please correct spelling or obvious typos as you go, but leave the meaning untouched. When you hand the file back it should look neat, well-structured, and be ready for me to hit Print—no extra cleanup required on my end.

Speed and absolute accuracy are critical; I expect an error-free document on the first pass.
