Google Sheets - Visually appealing and functional Teacher Assessment Book

Hello,
I would like all the tabs in the first file to be formatted so they look the same and are visually appealing. I would like to be able to print one or all sheets easily.
The second file is a bit different, but I would like it to be a tab in the first file.

I am a public school teacher paying for this myself - would it be cheaper to do it by the hour? Once formatted well, I really want it to be set up for multiple students. Currently I have to copy the entire file and create a new one for a new student. I would like to be able to see all students on one page. I would like to be able to to look at one tab type across different student files. It is hard to explain, but formatting and printing easily is the first goal
