German Contract Proofing & Formatting
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I have a German-language service contract and a of customer instructions that are already drafted but still need a native touch. I want every sentence to read naturally, free of grammar errors, and crystal-clear for our clients. Once the wording is polished, the text has to be laid out in a simple, clean style inside the existing template, with consistent fonts, tidy spacing, and enough white space to keep it easy on the eyes.
The contract contains interactive fields for names, dates, and signatures, so those form elements must remain fully functional in the finished file. After revisions, I’ll need an editable working file (Word, InDesign, or similar) showing the tracked linguistic changes, followed by a final, fillable PDF that mirrors the approved layout. The customer instruction sheet should receive the same treatment and visual coherence.
