Full-Time Marketing Coordinator Needed (Bid for 30 days project accepted only)
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We’re looking for a full-time, detail-oriented professional to coordinate and manage all marketing activities end-to-end — from planning content and ensuring timely creation to scheduling posts, maintaining proof of work, and tracking results.
This is a process-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, follow-ups, and measurable outcomes — not side projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Planning
Prepare and maintain a weekly content calendar across social platforms and website.
Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure all content is ready and approved on schedule.
Keep a marketing tracker with proofs, deadlines, and completion status.
-Content Coordination
Gather and organize media assets (photos, videos, testimonials, graphics).
Maintain proper file naming, storage, and documentation for easy access.
Ensure all creative work follows established branding and tone.
- Posting & Scheduling
Schedule approved content via Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or other relevant platforms.
Oversee print materials — brochures, pamphlets, etc. — and coordinate timely production.
Keep website visuals and key pages updated with new creative assets.
- Reporting & Analytics
Submit weekly performance reports: content count, engagement, and campaign metrics.
Identify best-performing posts and provide actionable insights.
- Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with operations and client-facing teams for testimonials, reviews, and visual content.
Maintain communication across departments to ensure marketing and operations stay aligned.
- Ideal Candidate Profile
Full-time commitment only (no freelance or agency projects).
Highly organized and reliable — thrives on checklists, follow-ups, and systems.
Strong understanding of Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, and cloud storage.
Fluent in English; confident communicator.
Prior experience in marketing coordination, content management, or brand operations preferred.
