Formatting

I am an author consultant. I am not savvy in the formatting part of the manuscript for a 6x9 book. I have attached the manuscript. Don't really need much sentence structure this is my client's original work. The roman numeral on the front portion of the book and beginning Chapter 1 with page 1. Also need the author's name on the even number and the book title on the odd.
