Format my novel manuscript (61,500 words) from manuscript to printing a paperback novel.

The novel 'GET AWAY' has been proffesionally edited by a 'freelancer' member, and now needs to be converted from 'manuscript' format to 'paperback' size 5.5" x 8.5" (229mm x 152mm). I have attached a file - introduction and chapter one. My two main concernce are (1) Items that should be central ARE central and (2) thr pnconsistency of bottom margin.
